I had a lot difficulty using the app on my phone.

The app on my phone was unable recognize my WiFi. The follow up instructions via the app were not helpful despite rebooting the WiFi and reinstalling the app. I've had many other brands of speakers, but so difficult to start using. Your folded paper instructions in the box app troubleshooting should be better.
