This was actually a warranty replacement for a prior Roam that could not keep its charge. This new Roam using a magnetic charge base which is much better. Happy with the product and warranty.

I had difficulty setting this up to my existing sonos system which consists of 4 other speakers. I looked online and found others with the same issue. What solved my connection issue was to log out of the Sonos app and log back in. The new recenbt app has a lot of issues compared to the previous one so thats part of the setup issue. Allow me to vent....the new app removed a lot of functionality compared to the old one so i dont enjoy my Sonos system as much anymore altho i have invested a lot into my system. Had i know in advance that this app is so poor, i would have never prchased any Sonos products.

Good: I use this in my office. I love the compactness of it and the quality of sound Bad: I am incredibly disappointed that Sonos will no longer make it possible for me to access my own music library from computer w/o having to go thru another app. This was the reason I bought it to begin with. I am very sorry about this new policy! So I am wavering about giving a 5 star rating.

Easily one of the best versatile speaker I have ever owned. Set up in my lanai and the sound is wonderful. Bluetooth option great for carrying it with me.
