Great sound but...

I really like the form factor and sound is good for its size. Easy enough to set up but I can't explain why but every now and then, the audio cuts out. It shows the speaker as connected to my phone and the music/podcast is playing but no sound. I have to disconnect the speaker from my phone and reconnect the Bluetooth. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't. In most cases it eventually connects but it is quite annoying when this happens.
Pros: Compact, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Audio drops from time to time - can't source why, Unreliable

This speaker is trying to offer too much. All I wanted was a good speaker which easily connected to my phone. Initial connection and setup took forever. The app was annoying - having to re-login, updates etc, and unnecessary since all I wanted to do was connect with Bluetooth and listen. Bluetooth connecting was a fight every time, and the battery kept loosing charge very quickly. It might work well for others, but I was disappointed.
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable

I am a big fan of Sonos products. I have the play one, the playbar, the sub, the move and also have in ceiling speakers on the terrasse. My latest purchase was the roam. Expecting to uave sonos quality but i was rapidly disapointed. Sound is ok for a small speaker but battery is terrible even if not using it. Defeats the whole purpose of the speaker. I charge ut as stated by the company. Would definitly buy another move instead which i am trully satisfied with.

Although the sound is excellent and I like the mobility of the product, I was annoyed at the inability for me to see the controls or read model information like the MAC address.
