Appears offline constantly

When it works it's great. Problem is it rarely works. Constantly appears as "offline" or just doesn't show up in the app as an active device. Have constantly try to reset it and restart app to get it back online. Seems like a simple firmware fix but I've had for 2 years and no solution. Disappointing product

Not user friendly

The speaker disconnects at least once a day and it's a pain getting it reconnected to my home WiFi. Troubleshooting is laborious and time consuming only to have it disconnect again and again si it's not reliable or user friendly. More trouble than it's worth.
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable

No Bass, very tame.

I bought this product for a trip. I have SONOS in my pool house and think its great to drive my current system, but I don't see the benefit of buying this device. We like the volume to be on the louder side with bass. The sounds is clear but very tame.

Frustratingly Unreliable

Drops from wireless network randomly and will then reappear anywhere from 1-3 days after. Airplay2 equally unreliable. Will play music or podcast for a few minutes then quits and disappears. My wireless router is eero. Have reset to factory settings and reinstalled at least a dozen times. Most frustrating device I have ever used. Bluetooth has worked as designed, but I didn't buy the device to be a standalone device. I was a launch customer so I don't know if the first "batch" of devices were flawed, but doesn't work as described. Very disappointing product from a company who I have previously bought many other speakers...which I have been satisfied. PS. Rebooting your router doesn't fix the problem. It is the only device that struggles to maintain its connection to the network. Customer Service, while friendly, has not been able to resolve the issue. I have given up on trying to get the product to work after spending many, many hours to try and get to work.

Full sound with a tiny footprint

I love the portability of this handy little speaker. It always roams around our household and accompanies us for all of our road trips and adventures. This doesn't have the same volume and audio quality as the move, but the small portable size more than makes up for this when space is limited or when keeping a small footprint is critical. Definitely a go to speaker.

Use them out side in the back yard and in the home. Sound is fantastic but battery life does not meet the Sonos specifications. That is the only down side to these speakers
