I was disappointed and would not recommend Sonos for anything other than basic listening maybe from your laptop. The app interface is poor. The setup is actually the worst and least convenient if any Bluetooth speaker I've used.

Cons: Difficult Setup, Poor Sound Quality, Unreliable

I love my Sonos One speakers so had high hopes for this little guy. Sadly frustrating as heck - terribly unreliable Bluetooth pairing with my 2021 iMac, astonishingly poor battery life, and just "meh" fidelity makes this a dud in my book. My UE Wonderboom 2 sounds better, is more reliable, and cost half the price. Pass on this.

Love the integration to legacy sound system along with of course the best sound quality along with the Voice Command. Now have a Theater Room and whole house sound system at the control of my voice! The Future is Here with Sonos!

It has great sound, however it doesn't connect easily & doesn't automatically shut off; so if you forget to turn it off manually it runs out of battery strength & is dead the next time you go to use it.

I love the Roam! So versatile

I use the Roam with my Sonos system. I have a Beam 2 and 2 Symfonisk speakers for surround sound while watching movies for and listening to music. I use the Roam when I'm in a different room from the main system, very versatile and easy to use. Sounds great! I also connect to my Bluetooth hdtv Samsung for sound quality improvement. Love it!

Sonos system constantly cuts out

I have long been a supporter of SONOS and the quality of sound that it produces, however, the connection issues continue to get worse and worse as I add products to my system. The music cuts out unexpectedly when I change a song or at random times throughout the session. I have trouble shooter the suggested fixes but still have the issue.

Bummed that to use this product, I needed to download the Sonos app. To get from Sonos to Pandora to actually play music takes so many more clicks than my old Bluetooth speaker. And I could not use the Bluetooth capability until after I downloaded the app and set everything up. time from box to music - 20 mins. 2 stars for the sound quality.
