Great sound, great value, excellent battery life

I love the quality and richness of sound that this small speaker produces. I also like that it can function as both a "traditional" Sonos speaker connected via Wifi or as a bluetooth speaker when traveling. Early on, battery life was an issue because the "sleep mode" still consumed quite a bit of power. But later firmware updates and the ability to full turn off the speaker fixed that. I also like that the Roam supports "Hey Sonos" voice control. It works quite well.

So easy to set up and enjoy either alone or with my other Sonos products. This provides music in my kitchen and also complements those in my great room when I want. When I carry it with me or toss into a suitcase, I love the heft of it. It's obviously made well. I love having music everywhere and I can choose if I want it all the same through the house or different in different rooms.
