Loved this product. It lead to me buying several additional products to build a home theater. But then it just died. Tried everything to troubleshoot. Support was not helpful. Really regretful because it was perfect for travels and I don't necessarily want to spend money for a new one if it may happen again.

Constant Disconnections when in Wireles or MultiRoom

Sound quality is good for a small room, wireless in the other hand is very bad, having multiple disconnections even sitting next to the wireless router, if you walk away disconnections might happen very often and even last for a few seconds.

I have many speakers and they all connect to Bluetooth easily. This is way to difficult to set up for a casual listener. Might be good if you have a whole house set up, but not great for taking on the road.

I've purchased numerous Sonos products including four of these Roam speakers. All other non portable products have worked well but 2 of the four Roams have already failed after a couple years despite hours spent trying to troubleshoot with no success. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - YOU WILL JUST BE DISAPPOINTED.

A waste of time and money since could NOT group with Google

I bought this speaker due to its outdoor compatibility and was TOLD I could control and group it with Google Nest products. BUT after many hours of trying I finally found the words that state Sonos could NOT be paired with Nest speakers, I could only control one of the other. A complete waste of time and money and WAY more frustration than I ever considered possible.

This product never worked properly. The battery was completely faulty. Would only stay charged for maybe an hour from the day I bought it. Now the speaker won't play at all even when plugged in. Sonos makes great products, the roam is not one of them.

I bought this for my home office with the ability to bring it room to room. It was not loud enough for me. I found the app not user friendly. It was difficult for me to navigate.
