Use the Roam speakers in the garage when working on cars and by the pool. Never drops the signal like the Polk units did.

The sound clarity is amazing and the ability to keep on charge and use as a smart device for Alexa is an added bonus. Then the ability to switch between wifi and bluetooth, it's a big jump from my old Bose

What can I say about Sonos products and especially Roam, but wow! I've had Sonos speakers for a few years now and every day I'm amazed how great it sounds. After I purchased my first one many years ago, I was hooked. I now have a Sonos speaker in every room of the house. I recently purchased Roam and I can't believe how amazing the sound is. It was easy to set-up and I've had no issue connecting to it via Bluetooth when I'm traveling. One of the best features that I like is being able to set it as the default speaker in each room for Alexa. All I have to do is ask Alexa to play Apple Music and it plays. It couldn't be easier. Yes, Sonos is a bit on the pricey side, but I think it's worth every penny.
