I live how this speaker can be used as Bluetooth or with Sonos app. It's lightweight, reliable and battery lasts. Love connecting it to other Sonos in house to have music playing inside and out when I am bbq'ing!

This product is too hard to set up and drops your Bluetooth when you have multiple devices trying to sync. Sonos really needs to improve this product

We are already having to return the product as it's not recharging. Even purchased a new charger as recommended from so many others online that had the same problem. Nothing works so we are returning it.

I enjoy your product when it feels like working. It jumps offline and Bluetooth is an issue . I'm still waiting for my charging brick . Overall this may be my last Sonos experience. Just not sure yet .
