Once I got it setup I was impressed with the sound quality. I have difficulty in shutting it off and sometimes come back to a dead battery.

I love the size of this speaker, it's easy to take from room to room , to the beach. I just wish I didn't have to charge it every other day.

When this product is plugged In it is awesome, great sound. But when trying to use it as a portable speaker it is always dead? Even though I fully charge it and then shut it off it still ends up always dead? Very frustrating not sure why it does not stay In off mode.

I recently wanted to upgrade my sound system and a friend referred me to this product. It wasn't easy to set up. It was a challenge tryst trying to access My CBC station that I listen to. Not easy just trying to turn up or down the sound or navigate between radio and your music selections.
Pros: Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use

Love the product. Dislike that sometimes the roam will not connect if you at first do not start indoors on wifi

Bought this as a Father's Day gift and was disappointed by loon that day. The Sonas app kept dropping. Uninstalled the app a few times, could always get it to work and then it would stop. Great sound but unreliable and extremely frustrating. We are Android users. Unsure if this was part of the problem. Ended up returning it and going with another brand.
