I would hesitate to buy this product again

I have two...when connected thru my home sonus system, they add music coming from additional angles. They're worth it. When using bluetooth however, there is something very wrong with what I am assuming is the connection. It sounds like the woofer has been blown...pretty much not worth listening to. But then when I connect to the home system, the issue goes away. That is why I feel that there is an issue with the handshake from system to bluetooth.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Streams All My Music, and More, Wireless
Cons: Poor Sound Quality, potential bluetooth pairing problem

Sonos Roam misses the mark.

I am a Sonos fan and live my Sonos system at my home. However,the roam speakers are fine with my system, but forget them if you want to Bluetooth. Sonos totally missed the marked by not making it possible to Bluetooth two roams at the same time. You have to set the speakers to your system before they will blutooth. Have to then reset if transported to another Wi-Fi system. I ended up buying JBL V's for my travels that allow more than one speaker to blutooth any much easier to set up.
Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use

I originally used the Roam as if it were a portable Bluetooth speaker. I always picked it up from my drawer and the battery was dead. I went back to my trusty JBL in frustration. After thinking it through, I decided to buy the magnetic charging base. I now leave it plugged in as a bathroom speaker as an integrated part of my Sonos system throughout my house. When I want sound elsewhere or if I want to fill the sound in larger rooms with other Sonos speakers, I grab it and go. It works perfectly as a bathroom speaker for the morning wake ups and the portability has proven worth the value. I am now a huge fan.

Great device one small inconvenience

I love the device. It works just like all my other Sonos speakers. With the added benefit of an internal battery and Bluetooth connectivity. This means that when I'm not using it to have music the bathroom while I shower, I can take it with me so my students and martial arts can have music while we train in the park. It's a wonderful device. The one problem I have with it, is that it's often hard to tell if the device is off. Sometimes it will sit and I would have sworn it was off but it will continue to drain battery. I fix this I always keeping it plugged in when I am at home with the device whatever room I go to as soon as I turn it off, I plug the device in. But that is the only complaint I have with the device. Worth every penny. Loud, clear, and versatile.

Great speaker but the battery needs some work

It is a great speaker in terms of sound quality but the battery does not hold a charge. If you charge the speaker and turn the speaker off it does not matter the charge will run even when the speaker is off. I would not recommend if you are truly using this on the go as the battery will drain before you even get to use the speaker. Very disappointed as I tried taking this camping and to the beach on separate occasions and it is worthless when the battery runs out when the power is off.

Cons: Battery, Unreliable
