Love the sound but...

Wish I could have stereo pairing while connected via Bluetooth. Can't use them on a WiFi network that isn't connected to the internet. Would like to use them to play music downloaded to my phone via a router at a vacation property with no internet. They will only work if the router has internet connectivity.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Can't have stereo pair with Bluetooth, Can't use stand-alone WiFi

Need to fix Bluetooth

The sound quality and portability are excellent however Bluetooth is unreliable with frequent disruptions. Needs to be fixed ASAP before I buy another.

Move is better

I wanted to love the Roam. I like to use my Move outside by the pool and thought the Roam would be a nice counterpart for the kitchen/cooking area of our backyard but the battery only lasts about 3 hours when fully charged and after charging I have had some issues with reconnecting. It doesn't seem to play while plugged in and charging which was the biggest disappointment. Overall, it still has the superior sound and easy set up it just wasn't the right product for us. I think I would purchase an additional Move nest time. I LOVE THE MOVE!!

Great sound but some flaws

Sound quality on the little unit is great and having a wireless extension of my Sonos system is a real plus. The main issue I have is the power button. This unit seems like it needs to be plugged in constantly. There's no actual click to the power button, it just depresses a little, so knowing if you've actually turned it off is difficult even with the audio queues. I understand that pressing the power puts it into some sort of sleep mode (while draining battery), but holding the power button for 5-8 seconds to actually turn it off is incredibly inconsistent. It will continually turn itself back on and just drain battery. I have to basically keep it plugged in while not using it. Hoping there's something that could fix this via firmware because otherwise it lives on the charger, defeating the point of a wireless speaker.

Great Sound/ Poor Battery

I use this product to listen to music and watch movies while I am on the go. The sound is great and setup couldn't be easier. The issue that I have is the battery. I use this on the go, so I charge it while at home. There have been many times so far where I have grabbed the speaker and the battery is dead. I know it was fully charged and turned it off while it was not in use. It is frustrating when you think it should have enough battery cause you have not used it to find out the battery is dead and you need to charge it. I have had cheaper speakers that when they are turned off they are off.

Cons: Unreliable
