[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After awhile the phone starts to lag, does not work as efficiently. Phone freezes, phone calls don't come through, calls take time going out or never go out, internet is slow or does not work that is including wifi, typing freezes or does not get typed. There is so much more but I only use the phone for what it is used for... to make call or send messages. Other then that the phone is 100% trash!!! They offer this phone for free for people to be able to afford a phone and this is what you are offering to the community without doing a test run. I don't understand it but you need to keep up with the phone. I have had my A12 since January of 2021 and within the first 60 days I was having major problems like the the cracks on the screen that came from "minor" accidents. June of 2021 I didn't want it no mo but since I'm on a prepaid plan I have to buy a new phone and I can't afford 1 at this time and this is a problem. I had another phone that did the exact same thing that I got in 2018.

Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has an awesome camera, amazing sound on the music apps and great storage capacity. It is pretty fast when downloading or installing various things. The one complaint I have is that the battery does not last long. It would be awesome if we had a much longer extended life battery
