The Samsung GalaxyA12 is the worst phone I have ever owned. Nothing works correctly. The home screen goes black when you are trying to enter information using the key pad, the voice mail will not let me read messages, and I cannot download apps from Google Play Store. Dont bother to buy this phone. Low cost but not worth it.
