So happy to get my mother in law on a decent phone that we're less worried about her destroying. While this isn't a flagship level phone, it does have some great features including a wonderful camera and a fair bit of speed. It's a wonderful mid-range phone that will keep her happy for a good long time, but if an accident happens won't be the end of the world to replace.

I got this because I didn't want to spend a crazy amount on a smart phone replacement. I guess you get what you pay for. It's slow and all of the features seem to revolve around the camera. There was trouble syncing to google and there is not enough memory for what I needed (and probably any other standard user). I do not recommend this phone. Don't regret buying this - get the A52 instead.

You can't upgrade this phone to Android 11

Phone is pretty good, but unless you buy it in full, you can't upgrade it to Android 11. This doesn't have easy mode in version 10, so if you need easy mode or Android 11, I wouldn't get this under a plan.
