I feel like i downgraded

Coming from owning a galaxy s7 active, i can tell you that this phone sucks, the a12 is by far the biggest downgrade i have ever gotten. If i were able to switch back to my s7 active i would do so in a heart beat, a nearly 7 year old phone can play games and just do about everything way better than the a12 can. I wanted to give it a chance but i just simply cant handle how much of a downgrade this is

worst phone ever

i've almost always had samsung phones but this one is the worst phone i've ever used. i hate every single thing about it. samsung really dropped the ball on it. they are much better than this piece of crap. now i have to spend more money to risk buying another phone. i have never had a phone i hated let alone hated this much

I have owned several Samsung Galaxy phones, unfortunately the A12 is a piece of JUNK. From day one the slowest and most crashes of any phone that I have ever owned.

Terrible phone

I'm a huge fan of samsung and have ALWAYS owed samsung phones but this A12 phone is the worst phone ever. It's constantly freezing, loading is very slow if it even loads the pages, and the lag time to process is so annoying. I'm very disappointed with samsung for making such a bad quality low tier phone and very unhappy with my purchase. I'm giving it 3 stars because the look is nice and sleek but the phone itself SUCKS!!

Love the phone. But....

i love my new samsung a12. everything works great. apps pull up fast. internet is fast and responsive. the amount of storage is great. way more then my other phone before upgrading to this one. but the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is cause it doesn't have smart view. how is it that my galaxy j3 emerge which is a much older model has it. but this newer phone doesn't. i just hope that whenever samsung updates the phone they add smart view to it. then i will gladly give a 5 stars.

No, do not by this phone

I bought this item around December of the year 2022 for my 13 year old. This phone did not last even a year, the screen cracked about 3 months after we bought it and since then it doesn't even turn on sometimes. I can't get the buttons to work sometimes. I was told this phone was durable and good for teens and that it would last a while that certainly isn't accurate.

Worst phone ever

I bought the A12 a few months ago and it is the worst purchase I think I have ever made. This is the worst phone it is so slow it takes forever to get from one screen to another. The camera takes forever to take a picture and half the time the camera fails. So, I would NOT recommend buying this phone.
