One major problem with buying online is the picture doesn't give you an idea of its size. The phone works reasonably well, and connects very well, but I feel like I am carrying a brick around.

The phone is adequate. It does what smartphones do. I am an iPhone user. This is our home phone, just to preserve our home number. I've found this phone can do whatever I can do on my iPhone, but for hundreds LESS. Are there things I wish this phone could do? Yes. Are these essential? Not really. The main drawback for me is the phone does not turn on with a touch of the screen. You have to use the on/off button. Everything else comes down to what apps you use.
