Phone is good cheap 1 but memory size terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought last year, memory socks, I backed up my phone and here are a few photos that I now have to delete since the photos were screwed up. My photos were of my grandkids, now they are lost.

Hi Tammy, thanks for taking the time out of your schedule to review your Samsung Galaxy A12. We are constantly striving to be innovative and enhance the functionality and design of our products. Being that user memory is less than the total memory due to storage of the operating system and software used to operate the features, I would recommend adding a microSD card to expand your storage up to 1TB. Actual user memory varies depending on the operator and may change after software upgrades are performed so having that microSD would ensure that your storage is never an issue with doing what you love most or remembering the moments in life that deserves to be captured through pictures. Your phone has the capability of expanding out your 32GB storage up to 1TB via a microSD card. Being that actual user memory will vary depending on the operator and may change after software upgrades are performed, adding a microSD card will offer you more than adequate storage for your needs. If you are wanting a device that has larger internal storage without adding a microSD card, take a look at the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G. This device offers you 128GB of internal storage which can also be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card. We have many options available to suit your storage needs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy A12 comes with a large, 6.5" screen, quad rear camera setup, 32 GB storage and 3 GB RAM. It is positioned as a budget smartphone that still offers some good features, like the quad cameras. We'll take a close look at all the features and specs, and see how they stack up compared to the price and competition.
The A12 is the update and replacement for the previous model, the A11, and brings some nice updates and improvements.
