Excellent product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone, and automatically realized, I love this phone. I upgraded from a Galaxy A21 to a Galaxy A13. Its features are better, and the picture quality is 10x clearer.

VoLTE Problems

i have not been able to get or receive calls because there is no reference to volte in my settings that is required for at&t carrier consumer cellular. can't find a resolve, and i'm very frustrated!

Great phone with a large display screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size of the phone and how large the display screen is. I dropped it and it completely submerged into water during the hurricane but no problems at all from being under water. The only gripe I have it's that it's a bit slow. But other than that I love it and would definitely recommend this phone to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone on Marvh this is not the best phone I've ra. Through chargers every 4 months this phone over heathens after mmonths. Charge messes up pbonrvhsrge either blows up or breaks . Storage should've unlimited I. All apps phone is so slow you need to do better
