[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the big screen. The set-up was very easy, especially for a tech challenged person like me. The only reason I didn't give HP a 5 star was due to the fact that there were not any Microsoft software that came with it. Every computer I bought in the past came with Microsoft suite. This one did not. The cheap wired mouse and keyboard were disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had originally bought a custom Ryzen 7 all-in-one, but had to return it because the touchscreen was never activated. The only consolation prize available was this guy, but I didn't mind because it was more energy-efficient and better-looking. The wired keyboard and mouse are a minor complaint. My real complaint is the lack of an HDMI in port, which i didn't realize until it was too late. Wireless casting doesn't work so well, and I had to buy a device off Kickstarter to get HDMI input via USB (not USB C since there's also no USB C port...)

I've had Gateway, Dell, Samsung, etc., and only HP provides me with the best quality. I leave my computer on all the time and my last HP lasted me 5 years and it's still running and I've transferred it to a family member.
