We have been using this step can and it’s great. When one of the lid pins disappeared we contacted the company and they replaced it ASAP. Love that they stand behind their products.

We are very satisfied with this trash can. It is clean looking and holds a lot of trash. Added benefit is our granddogs can not open the top! We are always very happy with our simplehuman purchases.
