Problems but a happy ending

We purchased this item a while ago. At first it worked fine, but my wife called back several times with complaints. All communications were handled politely and advice was given. Finally my wife gave up and asked for a replacement to be sent. A large mailing box was sent and we packed the item and shipped it back. Upon your receiving it, a new item was forwarded and is currently in use and is working fine. I was impressed with you faith in this product as well as your willingness to concede that not every product works exactly as it is intended to. Overall I am very happy with the product and the company that produced it

Just what we needed

I really do enjoy the semi-round step can, it just what we needed. I orginally had the sensor top semi round trash can and after 10 months the top part stopped working. I sent it back for repairs and was told that model was discontinued, I was a little disappointed because I really liked not having to touch the trash can but just waving my hand over it. There were several cons to the sensor can so when I had to select a new trash can I went with the step can and it's been amazing. My daughter and operate it without being afraid of the top opening AND I'm not replacing batteries every 3 months like we did in the sensor can.

I needed a bigger trash can in the kitchen and my friend showed me this website and Wow I love it, I order the semi round step and it’s the right size because I didn’t really know what size it’s perfect, I been ordering different things and very happy with everything!

This can is very well made and the packing/shipping were fast and impeccable. I was a little concerned having it shipped but the way it is packed nothing could dent the can except maybe a big puncture. The stainless that doesn’t show fingerprints is a great bonus too. Just another great from SIMPLEHUMAN!!!!

Love my simplehuman trash can

This product is wonderful. I saw one at a beach house and loved it so much I came home and ordered one. Stays so clean on outside and is very attractive! And it’s a trash can lol!
