A Change Will Do You Good

I bought this trash can for a friend who had two garbage cans in their kitchen. Now there’s less clutter and a huge improvement to their kitchen.
I’ve been using simplehuman products for many years and each item remains in good condition. And their customer service team is helpful and courteous.

Great Company

We bought our simple human garbage can in 2017 when we purchased our first home. A few years later the rim on the can broke. I remembered we had a 10 year warranty. I emailed them, but was hesitant because I did not have the receipt. They replied to my email quickly and I filled out a few questions and the new can was on its way to my home. I never needed to show the receipt, which made everything very simple. Thank you again!

Handle does not close right away

Handle is very slow in closing. You have to push it down everytime you throw something.
