Dead on Arrival

Order this item because I've already purchased 2 of them and thought I really liked them until 1 stopped working and this recent order was "DEAD on ARRIVAL!" I have tried to charge it, but it doesn't work, will not take a charge. Now 1 from my previous order is no longer working and will not take a charge. This item is probably 1 of the worst items I've purchased in 2020!

Would not recommend. It constantly shoots soap everywhere and makes a mess. I contacted customer service and they sent me reset information. Didn't help.

The foam sensor pump works well. I'm happy with a purchase. Would suggest to add "black stainless steel" finish to the collection.

Poor performance

This is the 3rd of these devices I have purchased. The 1st two are barely working, and this new one is the same out of the box. I have since learned that the 1st two have a 2 year guarantee which has not yet expired. I intend to return all three and ask for resolution or a refund. We have several other Simple Human items in our home so we’re not unfamiliar with the quality of your products. However, this device is useless and certainly at the high price I invested in all three.

I bought the foam pump last month. I was really expecting to get a good product. It doesn’t work as advertise. Pumps very very inconsistent and the return is such a hassle. I would not shop these products again

Doesn’t dispense right! Keep having trouble and only have filled it with soap once. Purchased 2 and don’t even want to use the 2nd one. Will be calling simple human to returb
