Great product but frustrating

I love this soap dispenser & have bought many for friends. Unfortunately I’ve had to return two of them because they stopped working after 6-8 months. It’s either a quality control problem or design flaw but frustrating nonetheless. The customer service is very good and they’ve replaced my units immediately. However, the product should hold up better.

I just started using it yesterday, April 18th. So far, I love it. I just need to remember to not putting anything in front of the sensor when I don't need it to dispense. accidentally.

This thing spurts out foamy soap whenever it wants to. I have to make sure it’s placed somewhere out of the way so that it doesn’t think I’m putting my hand under it. What a waste of money. My name for simple human is “NOT so simple.”

I just moved into a new very small apartment and the sight of all the branded bottles of soap by the kitchen sink visible from the living room was not a pretty. I ordered the soap dispenser and all the bottles of soap are gone and now I love the look of my kitchen with my SimpleHuman soap sensor dispenser and its ease of use.

Love my foam soap dispenser. Have one at every sink. Also bought two for gifts. One wasn’t working properly, and customer service was great. Helped me troubleshoot it, and when that didn’t work they replaced it with no hassle.

Older models work better

I had two foam sensor pumps purchased prior to covid. I love them!! I bought two more and had to return both for replacements and even the replacements have issues. They just don’t work the same as the ones I purchased earlier in 2020. The sensor is wonky and foam doesn’t come out the same even when I put in the right ‘straw.’
