Very good dispenser

I like products of simplehuman . The foam dispenser is very good. Have only one imperfection- it’s dispenser foam on its own when steam is around. So when I’m taking hot showers I must turn this thing off otherwise it’ll empty itself up. The same happened with washing dishes- I’m just turning it off if remember. Or after it’s dispenses it’s first unasked dose:)

Bought as replacement to another brand

I do love the foam dispenser, but it is VERY SENSITIVE! If the water is running from the faucet and if steam should develop the dispenser starts spewing soap, not only from the steam but from the water movement. I have to move the dispenser away from the sink.
But I love it and am hoping either I can figure it out or it will de-sensitize over time.

My first foam sensor pump

It work for the most part but the amount of foam dispensed is not really sufficient even using the bigger bore of plastic tubing recommended. I have to dispense two pumps for the required dish soap to clean the dishes. I wish there is a setting to control more foam.

Worked for 2 days. Ran out of Simple Human "soap" put in EO soap and never worked again.
Bought Simple Human soap and still does NOT dispense soap. VERY frustrating experience!

I would never buy again

I bought one like 8 months ago it was working very well one day I put it to charge and out of no where it just stop working then it just started to drip soap on he’s own. When I emailed the company they answered me some crazy stuff so order a new one like a month ago. The new dispenser is so hard to open to refill not even my husband could open it and when you tried to twist the whole metal part moves too on the first one that didn’t happened and the soap doesn’t drip a lot. My husband tells me to return it but with the answers that I got when I email them about the first one I don’t think they are going to do anything about it. The same thing with one of the garbage I bought from them it doesn’t want to open when you to your hands on it or talk to it very disappointed on this product.

Foam sensor pump

Was delighted at first at ease of working. But tried to refill it and after doing so the pump won’t work. Instructions not helpful in fixing this problem. Now I am very disappointed because I can’t take it to a store to replace or have it fixed.

Foam pump doesn’t work

I bought one along with three bags of simple human foaming soap. The pump only sputtered small amounts of the soap. I returned that unit and got a replacement unit. It was worse. This product should get a serous look from simple human. It simply doesn’t work. Customer support, however, is great.
