I bought 3 and one stopped working but was replaced and now all 3 are working good. I am now saving on foam soap since the foam soap last long than other ones I had before.

Just what I was looking for. The reusable pumps you buy with the soap in them don't last long. It is a bit sensitive and sometimes dispenses when your hand or other object is close by. We can set ours so it is over the edge of the undermount sink and the soap goes right in the sink.

Something’s wrong

First, I want to say our household has at least ten simplehuman products including two foam sensor pumps. The back story is one of the pumps came to malfunction and I returned it. About two months later I made an inquiry and the company shipped me a new pump. The new pump dispenses the liquid soap in a firm stream, but no foam. To be fair, maybe it’s user error, but where or how I don’t know. I would ask the company, any suggestions? Meanwhile, I use the product, but the stream of soap is way more than I need to wash my hands, even in the current C-19 crisis.

Foam sensor dispenser

I really like my dispenser. The only issue I have is the sensitivity. I would like to see an adjustable time delay for this. Then if I accidentally put my hand too close I don’t have foam squirting on my hand that’s not there.
