produce arrived on time and well packed. Dispenser needs to be pumped after first filling by placing hand repeatedly under dispenser until soap comes up tube. Very classy. A nice feature in our entryway bathroom.

Works very well, which is all one could ask for. This is a replacement for the older, original model and I like that I can control how much soap is dispensed by how far from the spigot I hold my hand. More convenient than the old way. Thanks, Simplehuman.

GREAT PRODUCT!

We have used the foam pump for about 3 years and find it extremely handy and useful. We are remodeling our kitchen and did not want the stainless color so I was hoping to find an oil rubbed bronze pump, which they don't have, but I saw the gold one and it is a soft gold tone so I think that will work well since I have incorporated gold tones in other ways in our kitchen. It also really helps to purchase refillable solution in the eco friendly bags!

This pump is so great for dispensing a dolop of foamy suds for washing a dish, the countertop, my eyeglasses, etc. It is wonderful not to have to get the germs or sticky soap all over the pump bottle, and once I mastered the art of remembering to flip the lid up to turn the power off, I no longer accidentally triggered unwanted dispensing. It was a case of operator error -- the pump works perfectly.
