Automatic Foam Sensor Pump

I just purchased this foam sensor pump as an impulse buy and I love it! This is in our kitchen but I plan to buy them for our bathrooms also! It's a great product - so easy to use & keep clean. I use our foaming hand wash from whole foods (unscented) & works great!

Refillable cartridges do not work

The concept of “tech support” for a soap dispenser was never something I had considered I’d be utilizing, though it’s been a daily exercise for the last few weeks. There isn’t an answer for the broken dispenser, which is unfortunate as the design is great and it could be a wonderful addition to the kitchen.

Not meeting expectation

Sadly, this soap dispenser does not perform as I had hoped. The soap doesn't foam that much and it dispenses in small amounts. I've tried ALL the troubleshooting guidance provided and those tips don't seem to help.

Great for Office

We purchased to improve COVID preparedness going into fall. Love these hand soap dispensers. Had to play around with placement around sink with facuet, since they are a bit sensitive, but once we got it dialed it we were very happy with hands free soap
