This sensor dispenser works great and we do not regret purchasing it but... then sensor is very sensitive and if you move your hand anywhere close to the sensor, it will dispense soap regardless of whether you want it or not. Once we figured out how to handle it without triggering soap, we had much less mess and product waste. Do not regret purchasing the product and like its sleek design.

Functional elegance

Love it! All my previous soap pumps had the metal all over including the bottom which always lead to rusting over time. The design of this keeps the metal just slightly above any sitting water that may splash up or fall off your hands, without deterring from the elegant look of the pump. Will be getting one for every sink in my home!

Pumps are great. First one I purchased had a full bottle of soap AND an extra bottle (was empty) to refill. The next 4 we purchased had a small bag of soap to put into the only bottle given. It only filled maybe 1/4 of the container. But all in all good product. Thanks!

I was dubious at first, but now I have no doubt that this is the best foaming soap dispenser I’ve ever used. It ALWAYS works correctly and nods not require continual maintenance. It came charged, and I haven’t even had to charge it yet! The claim that a charge will last for 30 days is apparently true. I like the fact that it is compact and sits unobtrusively on my counter where it can easily be accessed without taking up a lot of space. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I hope it last a long time (as I expect it will). It is light years ahead of any competing product I have owned.
