Liked it so much that I bought a second one

Sleek and functional, I bought this for my kitchen counter soap dispenser. The design pumps in air as part of the process, so you can fully fill the soap container and it pumps the foam perfectly. It is also very easy to refill and reload. It worked so well that I bought a second one for the laundry sink. Beautifully designed product that works perfectly!

I like the fact that it does not require batteries. You charge it like a phone. There is no worries when your company does not need to touch the pump to dispense soap. You just place your hand underneath the pump and "Walla" a cluster of foam gently drops inside your palm of your hand.

Quit Working Again

Good Morning
Please let me know what I need to do. My soap dispenser has quit working. Same exact way it had done before.
This is quite frustrating because we love using it. We have a regular Simple Human soap dispenser that is at least 12 years old we used & I'm still using dish soap in that takes batteries. We really like the foam for hand washing.

Too Sensitive To Steam

I got this to replace my foam sensor pump that died in my bathroom. I love the chrome finish, however, it dispenses soap every time my husband shaves. He finds this to be very frustrating. Apparently, it’s sensing the steam. However, I have 2 older models of the foam sensor pumps and neither reacts when using hot water. He turns it around when he shaves, but it’s still annoying. Technological advancement isn’t always a positive.

2nd one and still doesn't work properly

Very disappointed in this particular item. The amount of foam dispensed is the size of a thumb tac no matter what level is chosen. Plus, it splatters. Nothing like the pictures. I also have the sanitizer dispenser pump and it works fine.

We use this dispenser at the kitchen sink. The effortless hands-free design is ingenious! And it stays clean! There are no soapy dribbles. A great product!
