The new refill foam soap

The new refill foam soap ordered from simple human is not working properly with the pump. Very little soap is dispensed regardless of how close or far you are away. Would Like to request a replacement pump

Well worth the expense

A little pricey, but well worth it. Originally ordered for my husband after surgery and needed this touch-free option. He's all better now, but I liked not touching the dispenser with dirty hands so it sits beside my sink!

I have lots of product to from simple human, so I didn’t hesitate when I saw this product, cause I the one I’m using now it’s a battery operated, so my thoughts was it’s rechargeable, it’s should be even better. Well it doesn’t give me enough amount of soap, I adjust level but that didn’t help. My old dispenser much better.

Love these but stopped charging

I have two of these foam sensor pumps, and when they work they're great! But one stopped charging about 6 months after I got it, and I'm waiting to see if it can be replaced. It just won't charge or light up at all.

Disappointed in functionality

When I can get it to work, it just keeps on spitting out soap. I have other dispensers from Simplehuman and they have worked great. I had purchased one before, this was a replacement for it.
