Really tired of this breaking again and again

I cannot believe I splurged so much money on a soap dispenser and it keeps malfunctioning. I should have bought something much simpler.
Right now it is sitting in my bathroom and you put your hand under it and a tiny bit of soap comes out but it is such a tiny amount that you cannot wash your hands with it even if you repeat putting your hands underneath it 5-6 times. So we just end up using a bar soap. This is actually an improvement over its previous state where it would not even dispense anything so right now at least it appears to be dispensing a tiny visible amount of foam which is good for getting your hopes up that maybe it will start working this time. My wife just said: "I am really frustrated that you did so much research and spent so much money on a foam dispenser and it does not even work", and I feel the same. Ugh. I love my simplehuman trash bin but I would send this soap dispenser back for a refund if I could. In fact, I may even stay away from this category of product (foam dispensers) and just got a liquid dispenser.

Foam Sensor Pump will not charge

I purchased 2 Foam Sensor Pumps. One works fine, The second WILL NOT CHARGE. Simplehuman replaced it once, but I have the same problem with the replacement. I know the cord works, because I can charge my other unit with the cord. They must have a bad batch of manufactured products.

Would like it to dispense more foam

The only improvement I would like to see is for it to dispense more foam on the largest dispenser setting. I currently never want less than the most I can get from it, and I pretty much always want 2-3 times as much as it ends up dispensing (which defeats the value of the height of your hand deciding how much to dispense).
Maybe it is possible that if I use a different tube (they give you several) or add a different soap with a different water to soap ratio, that might fix it but I'll have to test these out to see what works.

Failure

We had an automatic dispenser that was misfiring, and was sent a new one. Less than a week later it failed, come to find out the inside of the device was flooded. Unfortunately, this wasn’t our first disappointment with SimpleHuman products failing within the first few months.

My sensor pump has stopped working

My dispenser just stopped working last month which is so disappointing. It will not charge at all and without warning just doesn’t dispense.
