two foam sensor pump broke in two weeks

Two foam sensor pump broke in two weeks. The foam fluid got into the electronics portion of the devices. Obvious design flaw. I purchased (exchanged) the liquid soap sensor pump and it works like a champ.

Okay experience

Foam sensor pump works well. The only downfall is that when the sensor is fogged up from condensation when showering, it dispenses soap all over your table.

The ability no not have to push or touch the dispenser is great. We did, occasionally, trigger a dispense accidentally but we are really enjoying the convenience.

First of all I want to say that I absolutely love simple human and have had their products for years. I was sooo excited about this product because I have kids and they are so dirty I was hoping this would look beautiful and keep everything cleaner. Now it is beautiful, but wayyy to fragile if you have kids. This is an adult only toy. The kids got water on the item where there shouldn't be and fried it according to my husband. I had to return it and get a cheaper more durable soap dispenser.

Great Customer Service

I received the first one as a Christmas gift and it was awesome. But when I went to refill it, the unit came apart. Customer Service sent me a replacement. The new one is OK, but still can't get the foam to dispense right - probably me. It is highly sensitive so you have to be very careful if you're near it - foam in my soup - LOL - so am moving it to my bathroom. All in all it's OK.

Nothing but trouble

Save yourself some stress! Don't buy this soap dispenser. My first one would not put out much soap, went to trouble shoot on line page. It was a waste of time. Called customer service they sent me a new one. After two weeks it stopped working, would not recharge! Called customer service gave My money back! Very sad!
