Not working

This is my 2nd time purchasing this soap pump. The first one stopped working after 1 week. I reached out to the company and had a replacement sent. The 2nd one worked for 3 days and stopped working. I attempted to charge and reset it...nothing. I am returning for a refund and will not purchase another one.

Best soap dispenser!

It is so nice to have controlled amounts of soap now, because my kids were using way too much soap before. It’s also so much more sanitary to dispense the soap without having to touch anything. I love the sleek look of the dispenser and it seems to hold quite a bit of soap. Would recommend this product to anyone and everyone!

Good product, but fails a lot

I bought 3 froam sensor pumps. Two of them worked great and third one stopped working at day 2. After 6 months of using them, another one failed to work. The good thing is that simplehuman support department answers quickly and is really helpful. So, in short I would say it is a good product, but be prepared to replace the product quite frequently via warranty or by buying a replacement.

It doesnt work

Loved the idea so I got one in rose. Worked maybe a month until the inside got all wet and ruined the motor. Invoked the warranty, and got a replacement. Same thing happened, so Im guessing its a defect. The soap tube doesn't seem to have a good seal, so soap leaked into the motor area.
I returned for a refund.

Proper Placement-sensor Pump

Place it where you "NEED" it and cannot pass towels, utensils, and body parts near the sensor as they will trigger soap on items or floor. This dispenser is great at what it does. If it is "ON" grab it from the "REAR" or turn it "OFF" first. It trains you and that is great. A beautifully designed and engineered product.
