will not last more than 3 weeks

I had my first one for 3 weeks and it stopped working...would not take a charge. Customer service was great and replaced it. After about 3 weeks the replacement has now stoped working...again will not take a charge. I have two charging cords and neither of them will charge it. when it works it's great.

A little dissappointed

I have always liked my simplehuman products however I am a little dissappointed with this soap pump. First, I found the directions a little confusing even though, or perhaps because, they are simply written. A little more information would have been helpful. Three tubes are provided to control the amount of foam distributed. I installed the largest of the three and I still have to move my hand at least twice to get enough foam to adequately wash my hands. This is even when holding my hand several inches below the nozzle, the position which is supposed to provide the most foam per pump. I tried repriming the pump and reinstalling the tube with no change. I will continue to use it as I do like the fact that it is hands free but a little more foam per pump would be nice.

Stopped working after one week!

I don’t know if I got a lemon or what the problem was but it stopped pumping and wouldn’t work after one week. I thought if I tried to charge again that it might solve the problem but it wouldn’t even charge up. I returned it and got a refund. I will try buying another one and will keep my fingers crossed the next one works.

Foam Soap Dispenser bad experiences

I had to return it because the trying to refill the Dispenser i had several cuts on my hand so not sure if it's bad design to start of with.
