Great product! Easy to use

Great product! Easy to use it even came with a starter pouch of soap. I threw away those ugly plastic bottles of soap. I use the pump in the kitchen looks good with SS appliances. Will be getting a couple more for bathrooms.

I have noticed that the soap becomes not as thick after a certain amount of time. I don’t even know of the pump needs to be charged. I would charge it but afraid to keep it for long. I still think it’s good bc no one has to touch the pump to get soap

I regret buying these

From the first day these things barely dispensed soap. I bought two of these and they just suck.
I primed the pumps and still anemic amounts of soap are dispensed.
It gets worse - I was only able to charge these once. After that, they seemed to have run out of battery very quickly and now they don't charge at all.
I normally trust simplehuman and love the bath caddy and trashcans, but they lost me here.

This is a wonderful device. After getting tired of buying battery operated devices, I tried your recharcheable foam soap dispenser. So leased with the performance that I sent them to family members for Christmas. Thank you!

Not a good buy

I waited for this to come in for about a month and was happy when it said my order shipped. Once it arrived, it was a different story. The dispenser never worked correctly from the start and after multiple attempts to troubleshoot the issue, I ended up sending it back for a refund. I was disheartened as I have several simple human items in my home that work flawlessly.

Got our 3rd soap dispenser

Got our 3rd soap dispenser from super human for Christmas. It worked for a short time and now it won’t charge. Before that happened it started dispensing soap into our sink when no one was near it. I would like to get it repaired or replaced.
