There as a bit of a learning curve, as the instructions are awkward, but once I finally got it, I like it a lot and would order more if more were available.

The Christmas gift foam dispenser only worked for maybe a week, but after contacting customer service they quickly replaced our dispenser and it has worked perfectly! We love it!!!!

Not pumping properly.

This is my second foam sensor pump. We really liked the first one, but after quite a long period of use, it stopped pumping properly and we’d need to put our hand under it several times to get enough soap. I liked the foam sensor pump well enough to buy a new one. Unfortunately the new one is behaving nearly as poorly as the tired old one. I’m very disappointed.

they don't work

Have had a total of 5, when they work they are wonderful. They don't work for more than 1 1/2 years. I've had 3, Mom 2, we each had the warranty for the 2nd one. My 3rd was returned because it never worked out of the box and simplehuman said they were not replacing them because of the quality.
