Their best version yet

I was, as usual, an early adopter of their sensor soap dispensers years ago. The foaming sensor is really the way to go. So much less waist, and I love that you can control how much comes out simply by where you put your hand. The rose gold is not THAT great looking, as it is not as ‘rosy’ as one might expect, but the shiny silver ones are the way to go.

Wish I’d bought it sooner!

I was sick of my kid and husband splashing water everywhere and leaving a puddle of liquid soap under the pump dispensers I used to buy. I was hoping foam wouldn’t drip and it doesn’t. There’s usually a little bit puffed and hanging there after use, but it doesn’t drip or run down the side. I do occasionally set it off when wiping down sink but that’s my fault. Haven not had to charge it yet after hiding for several weeks. Currently using an inexpensive brand for refills so you don’t have to use their brand. I had to try all the different tubes they provided to find right amount to dispense how I like it. Glad they give you options. Excellent product.

Defective batch?

There is zero smell of mandarin orange. Very little smell at all and what little there is smells medicinal. I love all my simple human trash cans and the refill bags. Am enjoying the foam dispenser that I also bought. I just assumed this would be high quality as well. Very disappointing.

Convenient and sanitary. I bought 3 of them. One stopped working less than a year but was promptly replaced. Highly recommend.

Horrible!

I don't recommend buying this product. My first pump stopped working after 1 month of use. I received a replacement pump and that one stopped working as well. Unable to charge, which seems to be an issue with these pumps. Do not waste your money!
