Possible manufacturing flaw

I have been through several of these under warranty. somehow the soap leaks within the motor compartment and the dispenser fails completely. Still waiting on a working foam dispenser.

Battery easily corroded

I got five soap dispensers last November, and within 4 months, I had problem with corroded batteries 3 times already, all on different dispensers at different locations.

Stops charging

Love the dispenser. However, after only having it 2 weeks, it won’t charge. Simple Human replaced the first one and we are on #2. The same thing is happening with the replacement. After only a few weeks, the dispenser is worthless because it won’t charge. Super disappointing.

My daughter and I both bought a foaming dispenser and out families loved them. Until they stopped working and didn't recharge.
My daughter wants to try again with a replacement. I'm still irritated and am not sure I want to go through the hassle.

Works perfect!

We have 3 of these. One stopped working but Simplehuman took care of it very quickly. It’s great for the kitchen when you have yucky hands that need washed. They look great and fit very well next to the sinks. The soap that comes with them is very nice, but you can also use any foaming soap and they work very well in these too. The unit comes with 3 different tubes to customize the foam. So easy and I highly recommend them!

not durable

We have been using this touchless foaming soap dispenser for a month and we loved it. Then it stopped working. When i connected it to the charger, it blinked red and then no more lights or power - nothing. It looked like there was some condensation in the electronics so i let it dry a couple days but it still will not work. The dispenser was never submerged or even dropped. For something meant to be used next to a sink, it should have better sealing on the electronics.

Sensor pump failed

Pump would give you such a small amount of foam. I tried all three sized tubes. None worked. Sent back and received a full refund.
