It's better than the plastic pump bottles most hand wash comes in, but the design still needs work. Makes a mess.

Doesn’t Work

This is the second foaming sensor pump that we ordered because the first one stopped responding after the first charge and would not recharged. The replacement is doing the same thing. We are disappointed because we are used to your products working for years. These are duds.

So so foam dispenser

Simplehuman:
The lavender scent is lovely. Unfortunately it is also dries my skin out.
The dispenser case seems poorly designed. When the soap cartridge is replaced the outer casing on the dispenser easy turns out of alignment with the nozzle. Then the blue droplet are no longer under the nozzle.
Also, it should really dispense a lot more number of squirts before it runs out of soap. It is a start. It needs some tweaking to be very good.

First pump was replaced when the inside rusted out. Replacement pump looked used and broke in the first week. Very expensive

Convenient

Great having it in the kitchen. Convenient to just be able to wave a hand under it (touch less) then wash and keep going. The different levels for the amount of soap it dispenses is also great.

Can’t get them to work

We bought two and despite reading the brief directions we cannot get them to hold a charge. So we don’t use them.
