I love this pump! My carpal tunnel hurts when I hav etc press down on a pump. This allows me to be free of pain, Its awesome.

Didn't work for me

I used the supplied soap and primed the pump as instructed, but ultimately it would not produce foam as expected. Instead the pump would spew out bits of foam. My 2 liquid pumps have been flawless and I think I'll just be buying another one of those instead.

Great at first, then so-so

Loved these at first and bought a few in the past 6-12 months. Have already had to contact customer service (which has been excellent) to replace 2 of the 3 because the pump eventually stopped dispensing. I went through all of the troubleshooting options, cleaned the sensor, etc. and still could barely get a spritz of foam. Thankfully, customer service did send the 2 replacements, but these are both also getting to the point where very small amounts of soap are coming out. Love the concept, wish they worked better, for longer, given the price tag.

This is one of those things that sounded better than it is. Getting my hand anywhere near the unit causes the soap to dispense. And then it drips. And when I try to wipe down the front of it, it keeps dispensing more, of course, so it always looks messy.

I love this item! Already have that form sensor pump in a previous version when I was in France (in white color with a small "hat" on top up to refill) and I was surprise to see its design evolution. Great product, efficient and... simple!
