Third unit. Still doesn’t work as it should

Had to send back first two units as they stopped foaming. Third unit is losing foam ability after less than 3 weeks. Soap cartridges use superglue on covers. Can’t get the seal off!!
Love our simplehuman mirrors and trash cans. This thing really sucks. Plus it takes 3 week turnaround when you send it back for repair/replacement. Stay away!! Wish they replaced with cartridge less new dispenser.....

I prefer the foam but my husband prefers the liquid soap. I had in issue with a purchase of a liquid soap dispenser but it was replaced at NC. No messy sinks in my house.

We want in for every washroom in the house now! We got it for the kitchen so that we didn't have to touch anything if we had raw chicken on our hands or anything and it's been a charm!!! All the features on this device are all awesome!!! Down to the foam thickness straws. Great product guys

Simple human cartridge sensor pump

I really love this product. It's soooo easy to use. No spills from refills! The cartridge soap foams beautifully, it's gentle on my hands and smells great. There is no messy spill or drip onto my counter also. I Have been so happy with this 1st one I purchased I just purchased a second one. I

Hope it lasts. Does not squirt all over like the other sensor pumps when I do the incorrect concentrations for diluting organic castille soap. Hope to replace all my other ones, at some point....pricey so need to wait.

Automatic foam soap dispenser

Love it! The included soap cartridge (lavender) is faulty and it spits and sputters out the soap. I contacted simplehuman and they assessed the problem and immediately offered to send a replacement cartridge. I requested and received my unscented cartridge and it’s working very well. Still a bit of sputter when it begins but dispenses a nice pool of foam soap

This is my third foam sensor pump. The lavender foam comes out great. This pump comes with a refill cartridge, so I can refill it up with any brand of foam soap.
