Product stopped working after 3

Product stopped working after 3 days. This is 2nd unit as 1 st one stopped working after 2 days and you replaced it with current one. I am waiting on a return label so I can send it back for a refund. Definitely some design flaws.

Can't get enough soap to dispense

I like it with one exception-I can't get enough soap to come out. I don't know if there is a way to adjust for more to dispense. I know about adjusting how far away your hand is. The further away more soap will come out but still not enough.

Because when you put the hand to get the foam it takes a while and when you takes the foam out it spreads it all around it and is not a solid foam

A very poor device!!!

Bed device!!! This is a replacement of another one we had that did not dispense more than half a drop of foam at every engagement. We used your cartridge with your foam in this dispenser yet nothing but annoying droplets come out of it. You need to put your hand underneath it at least 6 times in order to get enough soap to wash your hands. totally worthless!!!!!!

Not so great!

I purchased 5 over the x-mas holiday. I’ve always liked them and wanted to give them a try. Although SH replaces them, they do easily break and or malfunction. I’ve already had to replace 2!

I love how the foam sensor pump is so easy to use. You can use any foam soap to refill and its great to have the no touch option for the bathroom.
