I don't buy that many things, especially fancy things. But I love this foam sensor pump! I love that it's rechargeable and it really does a great job. Also it looks great.

Third Replacement

This is my third replacement and it works like a CHARM. I love the fact that I do not need to touch anything to get the soap.
Due to this product, I will now purchase the large pump that can be used at the door with anti-bacterial gel.

Used through first chafe, wouldn’t recharge. Got a new one through warranty. Same thing happened. At this s point I just want my money back:(

Not always reliable

Customer service has been more than generous in sending replacements for two I had that had not worked correctly.........however I have a more than two and now a third has stopped working. Customer service gets 5 stars while the dispenser only gets 3.

LEAKS! DO NOT BUY!

I was absolutely in love with the sensor pumps for the first month. I'm a big fan of simplehuman products so I was excited to try this out. Within about one month of use, both of mine had soap leak into the area with the motor and wires making both of them unusable. Customer service was very apologetic, and issued me a credit for the pumps since they are currently out of stock.

Sorry, this is not good.

Sorry, this is not good. After only a week or so of very convenient usage, the pump has quit working. The light indicated the battery was low, however, though plugged in for 24 hours, it is still inoperative. Not good.
