Perfect and easy to use

I love that you don't have to "touch" anything and are able to decide how much product is dispensed using the different straws. Just have to be careful not to get to close to the pump if you are not wanting to use it.

I Love The Foam Sensors

I have five Foam Sensor Pumps in my house. I find that they last two to three years before they just quit working. I have had two in the last month just stop and will not recharge. I’m not sure if they are under warranty but since I didn’t save my receipt it really doesn’t matter. I did replace the first one but I’m not sure if I will keep replacing them since they are kind of pricey. When they work they are great.

Stopped working after a month

Bought my first one in November and it stopped working in January. Got a replacement for free because it was still under warranty. The replacement stopped working last week (late February). This product is horrible. STAY AWAY!!

I have bought 8 of these over the past couple of years. These are great when they work. Unfortunately, 3 of them had to be replaced about 2 years in. Seems the newest model has many improvements that I hope leads to a longer life.

Product defect

Soap will leak inside the unit which will short out the lithium ion rechargeable battery. Experienced it on two units. Battery is not sufficiently housed to prevent soap gathering to not get in contact with the battery. Should be looked into with future versions of this dispenser. Cannot recommend at this time.
