Well designed and works like a charm!

The foam is so light and fluffy, different than most other foaming soaps. Almost like meringue! It has only gone off once when i washed something too close to it, but for the most part it is very smart and only activates when approached.

Two broke in less than 3 months

We ordered one and it broke in about 2 months. Then it was replaced and the replacement broke in 2 weeks. Don’t buy this product. It’s too bad because it looks very nice and when it worked it was great.

The first pump only discharged air, the replacement pump was faulty. The soap dispenser wouldn’t attach. The third one I got to work by diluting the soap with mostly water. Very disappointing.

2 of 3 stopped working

Bought 2 of these initially - 1 is working and 1 stopped. They sent me a replacement which worked again for about 10 days then stopped. So, you have a good chance of getting a lemon.

Broke within a week and won't charge or dispense

This is my second simplehuman foaming dispenser. Both have had the same issue. I have a non-foaming pump soap dispenser that I've had for years now without a single issue. I'd recommend avoiding this specific product. I hate that I own about a dozen of the foaming soaps - so I feel obligated to keep buying the foaming dispenser until I run through my supplies. It's unfortunate because I like simplehuman products a lot.
