The second one you sent to me , replacing the defective one you sold me is working just fine os far . Hope that it continues to do so

It’s easy to install the cartridge. I like that you can change how the foam comes out too! Definitely will be purchasing another for my bathroom

I was looking forward to receiving this soap dispenser. The first one I got stopped working within weeks of using it. To Simple Human’s credit, they promptly replaced it in a timely, hassle-freee fashion. Now that I have a working replacement, I’m slightly disappointed with the amount of soap dispensed and the sloppy way it comes out. You can adjust the amount of soap by placing your hand lower, but it’s still too little for me. I have to dispense two or three times. I do love the styling though.

Soap doesn't flow easily

My original pump died and I ordered this one as a replacement, however, the foam just sort of spits out and doesn't flow easily. Not very happy with the way it's working.

Ordered 2 Neither Would Charge

I ordered 2 and they worked great until i went to charge them. Tried multiple cords, multiple plugs, multiple outlets. Simplehuman confirmed manufacturing issues and sent 2 new ones but my confidence is low.

Soap leaks to battery compartment

I’ve purchase two units (one rose gold and one brushed) and both stopped working within less than 4 weeks. The soap pump leaks into the battery compartment which destroys the battery and unit stops turning on and charging altogether. Simple human needs to fix this issue! When the unit works, it’s amazing but give it two weeks and the unit will stop working.
