Replacement doesn't work well either

I am extremely disappointed with Simplehuman at this point in time. I had ordered a dispenser which wouldn't dispenser at all. When I contacted them, they sent a new dispenser which only dispenses a little trickle. We can't really use it!

Great battery life, looks good. We've changed up the tubing that's provided, use Simplehuman brand foam soap, and use the appropriate hand distance to get as much soap from each squirt as possible and do wish that more came out.

I’ve already returned and got a replacement for my first sensor. Now the second one is doing the same thing. I brought 2 at one time and only having this issue with one of them. The other one works fine

Love my foam pumps. One

Love my foam pumps. One didn’t get recharged after 5days. The customer service was exceptional to resend a new replacement. This one worked perfect. I’m now a happy owner of two foam pumps.

All of my foam sensor pumps have stopped working

I bought them in late summer of 2020.. not half a year later they’ve all started malfunctioning. I got 2 foam soap sensor dispensers, and 1 regular soap sensor dispenser. I already had to get a replacement for one foam soap dispenser.. and now the other two have stopped working. What gives? I’m glad simplehuman has given me a replacement.. but I’m not sure it’ll last. Now I have to reach out and see if I can get a replacement or credit for the other 2. This is wild. Getting anything electric powered was probably not a good idea, because I love all of SH’s other products: garbage can, soap caddy, dish rack. BUMMED.
