This is the third one I bought and I absolutely love them. No soap all over the counter and no Gooey pump to have to touch.

Not good

The pump worked for about 1 week. Only 2 adults using it. Would not charge or do anything. This is the only Simple Human product the I have used that I would not recommend. I have the regular soap pumps, both battery operated and rechargeable, in both my home and office (medical office) and have never had a problem but this product was a waste of money.

2 bad pumps!

One does not hold a charge and the other dispenses on its own whenever the bathroom get steamed up from a shower. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

My spouse loves the convenience of it when prepping chicken, turkey, pork, but I am less enthused. It thinks it "sees" movement and spits out soap when we are not even near the sink(which irks me as wasteful) and since we switched to simplehuman foam soap, it has not worked properly. In fact, you sent us a replacement that also was not operating properly, I went through all the trouble shooting, and still no improvement. I eventually decided to water down the foaming soap - that helped. we are getting foam now (vs spurtyness) and my spouse still makes amazing chicken. Long and short - it works, and likes to spit soap, and has a twitchy motion sensor.

Defective design

First unit broke within two weeks of use as the electrical housing unit accumulated moisture from the pump and the replacement unit arrived not working (the base would not “click” in place). Returned for a refund. Incredibly disappointed

Red light

I am constantly getting a red light on the light ring. I have cleaned it with the pic I have replaced the soap canister charged it and can’t figure out why I keep getting the red ring of death

Bad batch, or bad product?

I've had three foam pumps fail within a month of each other, two within weeks of purchase. Three different charging cords, two different chargers... these will all be going back along with the new replacement still in the box. Great product, just doesn't work. I'm thinking bad batch! Once we get thru the issues in Texas with our water and power, I will arrange for them to be shipped back and evaluated. I just have bigger problems right now than non- working soap dispensers!
